NZ Fashion Week turned out all the stops and the weather for day one which I personally was incredibly grateful for.. if you have ever been the proud owner of a fringe you will be nodding along with me. Now, of course, the week is all about appreciating the designers and the work they put into their collections but the truth is, we can’t have any of it until next year so the eyes turn to outside the rotating fashion week doors to see what’s on the bodies of those attending. So as the sun shined so did our street style.
Certainly one of the most popular accessories of the week was the brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 7. I was super pumped to work in with Samsung for the week as I’ve been a huge fan since I started on a Note 4, then I upgraded to a S7 and now the mighty Galaxy Note 7. With a truly incredible camera, snapping up all the shots from the runway to flexing it’s waterproof feature and braving the wet weather outside was the best way to document the week. The S Pen was super handy, quickly taking notes on catwalk looks for future Remix shoots and the battery took me through a full day despite running between shows and snap chatting up a storm.

When it comes to dressing for Fashion Week it’s all about the details, you can get dressed knowing that even the smallest of details won’t go a miss on this crowd. Speaking of crowd, I spotted my current style crush Brooke Testoni and the gorgeous Talisa Sutton outside in the sea of fashion week comers and goers. Two very cool Aussie fashion bloggers that I’ve insta stalked many a time. So, I did what any fan girl in my shoes would do.. I papped them 🙂
Quick outfit change !
NZFW Day 2
In NZ Fashion Week tradition the weather started to turn against us, however, I wasn’t going to let it dampen my spirit like it did my gold Gucci’s. It was a roll of the dice every time I stepped outside as to weather I was going to stay upright or not! Note to self, Gold Gucci’s, slippery when wet

For my obligatory outfit change I opted for my oldest ankle boots, perfect for puddles and PEARLS!
NZFW Day 3
Sunglasses on a day like this served me better as a headband, with grey skies and endless rain any hopes of a good hair moment were in the bin with yesterdays lashes. Lucky for me the Samsung Note 7 is water proof!
